A Few Good Men

I love my Men's Small Group! We meet on Wednesday mornings at 7AM at the church. We only meet for about 45-50 minutes. We simply talk about what's going on in our lives - work, marriage, family, kids, stuff of life. We read a short passage of scripture (right now we're reading through Romans). Then we pray. And then everyone heads off to work. Right now it's about 6 of us. But we just have so much fun together. We laugh a lot! And yes - we rag each other out (it's a guy thing). We've also prayed for each other and supported each other through problems at work, job changes, moves, illness, family struggles, and just about anything you can imagine. It's a great way to start the day. I look forward to it every week. If there are any men out there who are looking for a few good men to lock arms with and simply do life together, grow in their faith, and develop some good friends - join us on Wednesday mornings!
