A Message Heard Round the World

Got an email from Bryan Miller this week. He's the South Carolina State Trooper from our church who's in Afghanistan training Afghani police. In fact, this is a picture of him in a helicopter. Anyway, he wanted to let me know that he just listened to my sermon from Sunday on iTunes. I just thought that was so cool! Maybe in this week's message, I'll send him a little "shout out." Technology is truly amazing. Many churches are using the internet and their websites to show video of their entire services. Some, like Life Church or our own local Seacoast, are showing live, real time feeds and other interaction through their internet campuses. We're not there - yet. But for now, it's nice to know that Bryan can stay a little more connected to his Coastal family even though he's half the world away. Bryan, if you read this, we pray for you and your family daily. May the Lord bless, keep, and protect you. We love brother!
