Haiti Relief

As the news reports and stories of devastation come in, and as the death toll climbs to the hundreds of thousands, people are asking, "How can I help the people of Haiti?"

After all, Jesus calls us, His body, to be a voice for the voiceless.  Here are some practical ways you can answer His call:

- Pray

Pray for the people of Haiti and the organizations already on the ground making a difference.

- Give

Coastal has decided to support two organizations that we already have relationships with:

Water Missions International and Samaritan's Purse

Please go to their sites and give online if you feel led.  Coastal will also accept donations marked "Haiti Relief."  All money we receive will be given directly to Water Missions International & Samaritans Purse.

We are also encouraging you to visit the West Ashley Red Cross and give blood.

- Volunteer

Since Water Missions International is literally right around the corner from our church, we are encouraging those who feel led to give them a call and volunteer at their facility.  On their website, they list many ways for you to get involved.
