Description: Want to fine tune your "earth suit"? Ever wondered what kind of workout is right for you? Need motivation to get off the couch? Tired of endless miles on the treadmill or "back and arms today" and "chest and legs tomorrow"? Come and get a taste of fun and different workout formats, styles, and exercises. Experience functional movement, body weight exercises, kettlebells, sandbags, crossfit, zumba dance, Krav Maga, chippers, triplets, suspension training, and much more! Never heard of it - no problem! We will learn - then do. Each workout will be scaled appropriately so people of all levels can participate; however, intensity and 100% effort will be required no matter the level (this is where the prayer portion of the group comes in).
